All transactions processed through the PayZis platform are instant or near real-time and are routed through banks, NPCI, BBPS, or authorized third-party service providers.
Once a transaction is marked as successful, it cannot be cancelled or reversed, and no refund shall be permitted.
Any duplicate debit occurring due to technical or system-related issues will be verified and refunded as per applicable processes.
Any service, processing, or convenience fees (where applicable) are non-refundable once a transaction has been initiated.
